“Education 4.0” should be consistent with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The reforms of engineering education as its component require new competences technical university teachers who are responsible for these and a result, trigger improvement further teachers’ professional development programs to train them that. Such program is also one aims project “Effective training model discipline lecturers purpose obtaining “International Educator Engineering University” certificate – “ING-PAED IGIP”. It realized by Moscow Automobile Road Construction State Technical University (MADI) that was recognized Federal Innovative Platform in 2020. aimed at designing an additional intended develop are, on hand, relevant needs Russian higher school, and, other correspond requirements applying title «ING-PAED IGIP» International Society Pedagogy (IGIP). In order achieve it necessary identify if Russia determined IGIP. solve this problem, authors undertook comparative analysis competencies registered two documents: RF Professional Standard “Pedagogue teaching, education” IGIP Prototype Curriculum. paper specifies notion teacher competence research, validates possibility documents comparison, describes procedure basis compiling summary tables. gives main conclusions analysis. proves covers all required registers actions more distinctly, consistently, details. research revealed education, but not allowed formulate preliminary recommendations MADI project.
